The following shall constitute a binding agreement between you and The Power of One for your use of the services provided on the-powerofone.com (the Site). This agreement together with any amendments, additional terms and rules and policies constitute the agreement between you and The Power of One. By clicking on " Terms & Conditions " you accept to be bound by the terms contained in the Agreement.

The Service

The Power of One provides digital recordings of theme music and other associated products that you may download in accordance with the terms set out in the Agreement. The Site allows you to listen to audio clips and obtain downloads of sound recordings and other related materials. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by The Power of One.

Limitations of Usage & Copyright

This service is for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, rent, lease, broadcast, download, transmit, distribute or otherwise disseminate any content contained on the Site except for your own personal, non commercial use. All the Materials contained on the Site including (but not limited to) graphics, text, logos, editorial content, audio clips, the layout and selection of interfaces, software, source codes, artwork are the property of The Power Of One or it's content and technology providers and is protected by law.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age or older to use this service. If you are under the age of 18 you are unable to enter into this Agreement and you should get your parent or Guardian to review the Agreement and they should enter into this Agreement on your behalf.

System Requirements for Usage

Use of the service requires a compatible computer, internet access and certain software. Any fees payable for any such internet access or software shall be your responsibility. Charges and Billing

All billing is undertaken on behalf of The Power of ONE via Paypal. You agree to pay for all the Tracks and Materials that you purchase through The Power of One and you agree that The Power of One may charge your designated credit card/ Paypal account for such payment. You agree that any purchase requests you make will constitute your intent and agreement to be bound by the Agreement and to pay for such purchase. The prices quoted on the Site are subject to change from time to time.

Termination

The Power of One reserves the right to alter or amend the Terms and Conditions of The Power of One program, or to terminate the entire program at any time and so gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the program. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the The Power of One website from time to time and that a member will be deemed to have accepted any such amendment if the member retains his membership to The Power of One.

The Power of One is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure, or for fraud.

In case of dispute, the decision of The Power of One shall be final and binding.

The Power Of One makes no warranties or representations either express or implied in relation to the The Power of One Card program or any rewards, and expressly disclaims any and all liability, including any and all consequential losses or damages for goods or services provided, including without limitation for type, quality, standards or fitness of such goods or services.

We will use your personal information for our own marketing and promotion purposes in association with The Power of One. However we reserve the right to provide that information to our affiliate partners who are part of The Power of One program. The Power of One will not provide your details to third party companies for any reason or purpose. The Power of One Group take great measures to ensure compliance with its obligations under the Privacy Act in relation to your personal information.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO UPLOAD OR SHARE THESE FILES AND WE WILL ACTIVELY SEARCH FOR THEM ON THE INTERNET. IF ILLEGAL USAGE OCCURS WE WILL REMOVE THE DATA AND INFORM YOUR ISP AND THE LABEL CONCERNED AND THEY WILL SHUT YOU DOWN.

CARD PURCHASE

By participating in The Power of One Affinity Program the One card holder will agree to the following terms and conditions.

The Power of One Card holder is any person aged 18 years or over.
You may obtain a Power of One Card and membership number in one of two ways.
1. Applying at one of the Participating Affiliate stores.
2. Applying online at www.The-Powerofone.com
If you apply in store, you will receive a permanent membership card
If you apply online you will immediately be able to print you permanent membership card.
Regardless of how you join, you are required to complete and submit an application form, either online or in store. Until such completed application forms are received you will not be registered with The-Power of One Group.
Card membership is open to Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities who believe in the mission of The Power of One
The Power of One Card is valid for one year from the date of Purchase.
Only one person can use a single card and that card will be enrolled in our database. Membership is strictly personal. In case of misuse, The One Power of Card membership will be cancelled.
The Power of One Cards are not transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash.
By applying for membership, individuals authorize The Power of One to use any stored data relating to their membership for its marketing and communications purposes.
Members should always present their membership cards at the time of purchase with a valid and official ID with a photo

Active Membership

If you lose your Power of One Card there is no replacement. You will have to buy another card for $1.00.

Returns and Refunds

There are no returns or refunds of The Power of One Card.

Privacy

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. There is no restock fee & we pay return shipping. We ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted items separately. When returning items:

Place a new order for the items you want. Please try to use the same credit card billing name.
Keep the new order number handy.
Have your old order number ready.
Complete the return request form found at top of this page.
Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute.
In one business day or less (usually much less), we will send you and email with your RA number and an electronic return shipping label.
print the label, place it on the box, then drop the box off at any UPS location.

Please Note:

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
The original order's Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
Standard shipping rates (if any) will be applied to the new order.
Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
Items that have been altered or washed cannot be exchanged.
Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-30 days to have your refund issued.
